As Investment Advisor Representative of Grove Point Advisors, LLC, Katie Martin provides advice for people who want to protect and grow their money. With a focus on Retirement Income Planning and filling the Social Security “income gap”, she designs strategies tailored specifically to meet each client’s needs, helping them take control of their finances and retire with confidence.
Since 1999 Katie has been guiding clients in making sound financial decisions, establishing Traditional IRA’s, ROTH IRA’s, and 529 College Savings Plans, Annuities and Life Insurance contracts, and handling retirement plan rollovers. Her goal of reducing stress surrounding financial decisions has enabled her to build long-term relationships with her clients.
When asked what makes her different, she responds: “I do not rush the process! Before we even begin a Financial Plan, I take my time getting to know and understand my client and their lifestyle – what’s important to them, what brings them joy – and then we build that into the Plan. The result is a Financial Plan that is very much tailored to that client’s needs.”

As a member of The Musuneggi Financial Group, Katie works from a Branch Office located in McDonald, PA, and is available to meet with clients there as well as at the Group’s office located in Southointe, PA.
A native of Southwestern Pennsylvania, Katie is a member of the Women’s Business Network, Women-In-The-Network, and the Financial Services Institute. As a life-long member of the Presbyterian Church, Katie has served in many capacities including Youth Ministry Leadership, Sunday School Teacher, Vacation Bible School Director, Mission Team member, and Treasure of the Board of Deacons.
Katie and her husband Jim are the parents of three adult children. In December, 2019, they welcomed their first grandchild, and are thoroughly embracing their new role as Grandparents!
